All though every care will be taken, all cats board at Lords Hill Cattery entirely at the risk of their owners. In the case of illness we reserve the right to call in a veterinary surgeon entirely at the owners expense. All fees, boarding & any veterinary charges must be paid for upon collection.

All cats are required to to have an up to date vaccination certificate covering feline infectious enteritis & cat flu to be shown on arrival. Cats without a certificate will not be allowed to stay. 

Payment in full is to be made by either cash or cheque on collection of your cat. 

We regret that we will not accept male cats over 7 months of age if they have not been neutered.

Please remove collars from cats before their stay.

Please inform us in advance of any medication that will need to be administered to your cat or any medical history relevent to its comfort & good health.

Feeding is twice a day unless otherwise requested. We feed proprietary branded products. If an owner prefers to supply their own special diet we will ensure that this is fed to their cat. 

Please ensure that your cat is up to date with its worming programme and is free of fleas before its stay with us. This is to help ensure the comfort and wellbeing of all the cats that stay with us.

We will ensure that your companion & pet is well looked after & cared for during it's stay with us at Lords Hill Cattery, allowing you to have a carefree & relaxed break knowing your cat is in safe care.

We are open for collection & delivery of cats;-

                                                                            Monday - Saturday  9.am -11.00am & 4.00pm - 6.00pm

                                                                            Sunday                   10.00am -11.00am.

Visitors are welcome to come & look around the cattery. Please make an appointment first so that we can arrange a time that will not interfere with the regular routine of the cats & smooth running of the cattery.
